Villas Rio Mar

Rio Mar is a hotel located on the Pacific Coast and a short walk from Dominical village and beach. It has 52 rooms divided into Standard, Superior, Junior Suite, Superior Suite. Some of the highlights of this hotel are a tropical setting tucked away in the jungle close to Dominical. Rio Mar truly gives its guest peace and quiet during their stay. Although they claim to offer a Spa service, it is important to note that it is nothing more than a massage table located at the end of the hotel in an open air setting. What we dislike most is the location. We find it a shame to be so close to the beach, yet be far enough to require a ride to get there. Another low point is the service. Maybe it was because we were there during low season, but they only had two people working at the same time, making it hard to find someone to help us.
