Poas Volcano

Technorati Profile Poas volcano was my father´s highlight during his visit to Costa Rica. I myself really enjoyed seeing this volcano. I had been to Arenal many times, and did not know what to expect. I had fairly high expectations, especially since it had just been voted one of the seven wonders of the Costa Rica, and I was not dissapointed. By what our guide told us we were lucky to see it. Most tourist never catch a climpse of this amazing volcano crater due to the elevation. To see sulfer venting out of the volcano was amazing. We spent about an hour there just staring at this wonder. There is a neat little museum at the entrance with some interesting information and pictures.
