Infected Mushroom in Costa Rica

Infected Mushroom is coming back to Costa Rica on July 10th. Costa Rica has become a favorite destination for this electronic music legend. Costa Ricans turn out by the thousands to see their favorite DJ’s cut up tracks that are unlike anything else you would ever hear.

Infected Mushroom will be performing at the newly renovated Club Vertigo, located in La Sabana, San Jose. You should check out Rapsodia for some pre drinks. The party at Vertigo won’t start going off until at least 1am, and chilling next door is the best option to get ready for the main event. Since renovating Club Vertigo, I believe that there is no better club in Costa Rica for top DJ’s to spin at. I love hitting up Torre Geko for massive shows, but the intimacy of Vertigo makes it my top choice.

Infected Mushroom plays a unique style of music that is at times Phsy-Trance, and Tech Trance. Infected Mushroom are best known for their live shows, as they put on a performance that can only be rivaled by The Chemical Brothers. Most electronic music concerts have nothing more to offer than the main DJ spinning in front of the crowd. In such a setting, the DJ’s personality is what makes the performance a good one or not. Infected Mushroom on the other hand bring on live performers, use live instruments, and actually create oriniginal music live on stage in front of their pationate followers.
