Heredia Park is the busiest area in all of Heredia. Most of the people who hang around in this park are students, as many schools surround this area. This park has a beautiful fountain and is a great place for families during the weekend.

I spent a few afternoons in this park . Remember listening to a couple bands playing latino music, eating some fresh fruit, sitting back and enjoying the people and the beautiful trees and flowers. The trees were in full bloom and I was in awe of their beauty..Quite an amazing town also .tons of little stores of all types and quaint little coffee shops..A good way to get a feel for fhte country and it’s people….
A week ago I was in La Aurora de Heredia (in front of DHL, where I was working), and I was invited to a new coffee shop, called “Café 7″, in Plaza Rubí (La Aurora de Heredia). The food is really good, the service is outstanding, and the venue is really charming. The owner (Gabriel) is an argentinian guy, who speaks english fluently. I recomend you specially the breakfasts (they have seven types of breakfast, one for every day of the week)
