El Nido del Tigre
El Nido del Tigre is a camp site that is used by the activity provider Coast to Coast for people doing the overnight trip down the Pacuare river. Almost everyone I know who has stayed here basically considers this a highlight of the trip. This simple campsite is perfect for those looking to really get away. Your river guides spoil you while your stay by cooking and even doing the dishes! You sleep in a tent that is elevated off the ground and that is also covered by a roof to ensure you stay dry. Each tent also provides a comfortable mattress for you to sleep on. One of my biggest surprises were the beautiful bathrooms that were better than any I had seen in civilization!
