Costa Rica Beaches – Special Beach Section
Welcome to a new section called Costa Rica Beaches, where we will let you know the top beaches to visit in Costa Rica. This section will have a post a week with pictures and information on the best Costa Rican beaches. Included in each post will be information on how to get there, what to look for, the best time to visit, the sand and water, as well as the surrounding communities.
This section will also serve as an open forum where we encourage everyone to share stories about your experiences at the various sandy beaches of Costa Rica, good and bad, so that future travelers can better plan their vacations. Also, if you’ve been to a great beach that is not on our list, make sure to give us a shout in the text box so that we can add it to our list.
In the end, you have an amazing selection of beaches in Costa Rica, whether you travel to the Atlantic or the Pacific. Bellow if our list of beaches that we will be covering. Our list is divided in two, the most popular beaches, and the most beautiful beaches that can be found off the beaten path.

I´ll be going to Samara in July, and was wondering if there were any beaches around there that would be worth checking out. I would like to see more than one beach while I am in Costa Rica.

THERE IS SURFING COMPETITIONS EVERYDAY, ITS ALSO FAMOUS FOR FISHING AND BEACH PARTIES AT NIGHT
I HAVE BEEN TO LIBERIA FOR 1 NIGHT AND STAYED AT THE HILTON PAPAGAYO HOTEL WHICH IS VERY VERY NICE.

Samara!? I haven’t heard a lot about this beach I am going to read more about it and publish something on my own site. I personally rather go for something more popular such as Manuel Antonio, Flamingo or playa Dona Ana (this last one is not listed on the post but it is beautiful!). But any way I guess you should always try new things!
