Corteza Amarilla Restaurant
Corteza Amarilla just may be one of my favorite restaurants due to its unique decor and amazing food. This restaurant/ boutique hotel offers an experience unlike any other in the Central Valley. Located about 10 minutes from Santa Ana, this restaurant was decorated by the owner who has a passion for gutting old homes and mansions and taking the most precious parts to his boutique hotel. The price of a plate varies from $10 to $25 and is high end. The only real negative is the fact that there is only one server working most of the time, affecting the level of service you will get. EXT gives this restaurant a rating of 4.5/5.

i love this restaurant. we stayed there for a night and loved the decor. My husband is an artist, and could not have been happier during his stay there. The food was great.
